This is a group that excels in many areas, but has a hard time handling objections, selling on value derived verses price, and even asking for the business. You and Allen did a very effective job of bring out our selling strengths and developing what I call a mindset of positive arrogance- that is going into a sales meeting with a client or prospect expecting to get your fair share of the business. I thought the class was great. I’ve been to several classes on prospecting, and yours was by far the best. The class size was ideal because we each were able to have several practice go-rounds, and each iteration was much better than the last. I also learned that what I was using sucked, and that writing new scripts ain’t easy.
Ironically, I apparently left my script at the hotel or accidentally threw it out with the old drafts, but I said it so many times that I was able to write it down pretty much as I had it.

Thanks so much for the training that you have provided to our team over the past few months. As you know, we’ve climbed from the middle of the pack all the way to the #1 Division in the country and I believe that your training has been a huge catalyst towards achieving that goal.
Every sales person needs to be good on the phone if they want to sustain any level of success. What I loved about your trainings was that they started with a bang and you kept my team fully engaged and involved throughout the entire meeting. I was surprised at how well my staff responded to the role playing. It was challenging but it was also very specific which made it easy for them to grasp on to the concepts they were learning and immediately apply them to their calling efforts.
Through this process, we were able to develop a solid metric for cold calling within our industry. For many of our sales people, we have taken the amount of calls necessary to set an appointment and cut it down by 30% and 50% in some cases. With that kind of improvement, the typical fears associated with cold calling have turned instead into confidence. And this new confidence is clearly helping them achieve their goals with much less effort and time needed.
I can honestly say that there wasn’t one part of the training that I would change. There was no fluff and there was no down time. The fact that people were driving from two and three hours away for the follow up training that we had is testimony enough that the material works and that it was changing careers for the better.
